DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Responsible for selling CCP shows/events, makes outbound calls to solicit prospective ticket purchasers to generate sales. 
  1. Assists the Division Chief in managing the ticket and box office operations; manages events using computerized ticketing software; distributes and accounts for daily ticket sales as well as group and season tickets and work with event promoters. 
  1. Maintains knowledge of ticket plan programs as well as ticket holder preferences. Implements ticketing procedures and/or revisions to ticketing computer system.  Ensures reliability and accuracy of ticketing database. Assists in setting prices for various activities and events. 
  1. Coordinates and administers day-to-day ticket sales and cash handling activities; reconciles daily sales and deposits and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures; compiles reports or financial statements regarding ticket office activities and events. Prepares/Submits ticket sales reports and monitors processing of ticket proceeds to event co-producers, promoters and partners. 
  1. Participates in a variety of promotional and sales activities designed to meet specific targets. Delivers or disseminates campaigns into traditional and digital or social channels, offline and online marketing fields.

                      The CCP Visual Arts and Museum Division (VAMD) is looking for an Exhibitions Associate beginning January 2023. 

                      The Exhibitions Associate is an essential member of the CCP VAMD whose tasks center around ensuring that all design collaterals produced by the division are of high quality and consistent with the curatorial concept of exhibitions and other programs. The Exhibitions Associate works closely with the members of the CCP VAMD, the CCP Marketing Department, and with artists, curators, designers and other collaborators of the division to produce relevant and engaging digital and printed materials, for the diverse audiences of the CCP. The Exhibitions Associate is also in charge of photo and video documentation of all CCP VAMD exhibitions and programs.

                      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
                      • Design, or give recommendations on given designs, of printed and digital collaterals for exhibitions and other projects, including but not limited to invitations, brochures, catalogs, exhibit layouts, wall texts, captions, zoom frames and slides, and other promotional and educational materials; 
                      • Coordinate the approval and printing of materials necessary for exhibitions and other projects based on specifications agreed upon by VAMD and collaborators; 
                      • Ensure that all materials are readily available in exhibition spaces and in other locations on site and online, including ;
