DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Prepares promptly notice of award and notice to proceed.
  2. Prepares accurately purchase/job order.
  3. Recommends/proposes to end user ways to reduce cost (i.e. alternative vendor/products) and obtain better quality and services.
  4. Prepares bidding documents promptly and accurately.
  5. Assists BAC in the conduct of bidding. Prepares minutes of BAC meeting and resolutions diligently.
  6. Posts requisitions at Philgeps website.
  7. Facilitates the immediate delivery of the awarded PO/JO/PJO/PR/Contracts.
  8. valuates each price quotations and the quality of goods or services being offered if it conforms with the requirement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Prepares comprehensive plans for the Center’s strategic development and institutional direction.
  2. Conceptualizes and implements various institutional activities for CCP as well as special programs for CCP and other cultural agencies.
  3. Conduct research on various policies for cultural advancement on creative industry, intangible heritage, copyright and other legislative initiatives for the performing arts and various art genres.
  4. Formulates and recommends strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures and criteria for the development and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation of all CCP programs and projects. Conducts the evaluation of work accomplishments of all CCP departments in accordance with the guidelines of PRAISE.
  5. Collates pertinent data from the Center’s operating units and prepares the necessary reports and proposal papers to the Board of Trustees, oversight agencies and other relevant statutory institutions.
  6. Supervises the conceptualizations and validation of results of organizational systems planning, analysis and design.
