The CCP Cultural Exchange Department’s Art in the Workplace: Sining Alay sa Manggagawa will hold its first leg in Nueva Vizcaya on March 31 in partnership with the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, Kaisa sa Sining partner in Luzon.
