The CCP in cooperation with the Provincial Government of Sorsogon, presents the Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra in a special outreach concert. This concert is part of the CCP Office of the President’s outreach program that aims to cultivate and enhance public interest in and appreciation for arts and culture, and bring the arts closer to the masses, especially in the regions.
