This special concert will transport you through a world of sound, featuring a delightful selection of iconic film scores and timeless classical masterpieces, blending seamlessly with the vibrant energy of Spanish Latin music, soulful melodies of French chansons, romantic charm of Italian canzones, and the heartwarming beauty beloved Filipino songs. Set at the picturesque Open Air Auditorium in Rizal Park, let the music transport you through time and across cultures and awaken your memories in an unforgettable celebration of sound. YOSHINAO OSAWA, conductor

Yoshinao Osawa, born in 1950 in Tokyo, studied at Toho Gakuen School of Music. He began his conducting career in Melbourne in 1974 with the Frankston Symphony Orchestra and later the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music Symphony Orchestra. He served as Music Director of the Singapore Philharmonic (1976) and held guest conducting positions with orchestras in Korea, Taiwan, and Manila. In 1984, he became Principal Conductor of the Nissan Dream Concerts and conducted major Japanese orchestras. From 1990, he conducted the National Presidential Symphony Orchestra of Turkey and was appointed Honorary Conductor of the National Izmir Symphony Orchestra in 1996. Since 2001, he has been the Music Director for Life of the Yoshida Kinen Orchestra of Tokyo.
