DESCRIPTION/SYNOPSIS:

Step into the tumultuous era of the Philippine revolution with “PINGKIAN: ISANG MUSIKAL,” a gripping full-length stage musical that follows the life of Emilio Jacinto. From the final throes of the Philippine revolution to the onset of the Philippine-American war, witness Jacinto’s unwavering commitment to freedom. As he grapples with life-threatening wounds suffered in Majayjay, Laguna, Jacinto is visited by the ghosts of Andres Bonifacio and Dr. Jose Rizal. Together, they embark on an introspective journey, exploring Jacinto’s dreams and the Katipunan’s conscience. Brace yourself for an emotional odyssey, as this musical delves into the essence of freedom and the unyielding spirit of the Filipino people.
