DESCRIPTION:
The Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Herminigildo Ranera will perform live at the Palawan Convention Center in a special outreach concert. In this “evening with the classics” the PPO will play some of the well-loved pieces from its repertoire that includes classical, Broadway, kundiman, and popular Filipino songs; timeless pieces that have enchanted the audiences from all over the world. This concert is part of the CCP Office of the President’s outreach program that aims to cultivate and enhance public interest in and appreciation for arts and culture, and bring the arts closer to the masses, especially in the regions.
