An international choral festival open to choirs from all over the world which will qualify in the following competition categories: Folk Song, Equal Voices, and Mixed Choir. The Festival includes Opening and Closing Ceremonies (free) and a Gala Concert of the Philippine Madrigal Singers. Two winners from this competition will be chosen to participate in the Asia Choral Grand Prix.
