THE Philippine Philharmonic Orchestra spreads its music to highlight and culminate an outreach program of the Cultural Center of the Philippines under the leadership of its president Arsenio J. Lizaso in the province of Aklan from November 30 to December 2, 2019.

The outreach program will be undertaken through a “Mentoring Activity” for pre-qualified musicians of Aklan (individuals or ensembles).

The “Masters Mentoring Program” will be held at the Infant Jesus Academy classrooms in Kalibo, Aklan.
