The Ika-21th Gawad CCP Para sa Alternatibong Pelikula at Video is the CCP’s annual event to honor and recognize the creativity and limitless artistic potentials of Filipino film artists. The CCP is acknowledging the short filmmakers in the fields of Alternative feature, documentaries, animation and experimental films.
