POSITION/TITLE: Sales Representative IV; SG-14; Item # 288

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education :  Completion of two years studies in college

Experience :  3 years of relevant experience

Training :  16 hours of relevant training

Eligibility :  Career Service (Sub professional) First Level Eligibility

 

Preferably with:

 

  1. Degree in Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, Communication Arts, Multi-Media, Arts Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism or other related courses.

  2. At least 2 years in the field of customer support and customer service.

  3. At least 1 year experience in secretarial, clerical and administrative functions.

  4. Training on office management, customer service, effective communication, telemarketing, marketing and sales techniques or other relevant training programs.

  5. Good oral and communication skills, planning and organization skills, and time management skills.

  6. Knowledge of Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Responsible in selling of tickets using the computerized system; handles other relevant Box Office duties according to the ticketing system adapted by the Center.

  2. Monitors the programming of tickets for all the shows of CCP and ensures that all tickets are programmed correctly, up and available for sale (revenue tickets) and for distribution (non-revenue tickets).

  3. Renders ticketing service support to the Division such as ticket printing and ticket pull-out requests for all CCP produced and co-produced shows, and lessees.

  4. Monitors the release of the CCP allocation seats; facilitates the allocation and release of approved complimentary ticket requests for all CCP and co-produced shows.

  5. Prepares summary of ticket sales report for all CCP produced, co-produced, and lessee shows including shows outside CCP venues; monitors the timely submission of ticke sales reports for all CCP shows.

  6. Ensures the timely preparation of disbursement vouchers for all CCP co-produced shows and lessee shows, including shows outside CCP venues; monitors the timely submission of disbursement vouchers and release of net proceeds payment to all CCP co-produced shoes.

  7. Issues house seats for all CCP productions, co-productions and lessee shows.

  8. Submits sales status report on the movement of ticket sales primarily CCP produced and co-produced shows.

  9. Administers sales support in sending and giving information on CCP shows and events to clients.

  10. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of the existing ticketing system; recommends new or improved procedure to upgrade or enhance the effectiveness of ticketing system in order to have a higher quality performance which is beneficial to the Center and will lead to better customer service.

  11. Provides administrative support to the Division in the preparation of Annual Procurement Plan, Capex, and other related documents.

  12. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.
