POSITION /TITLE: Culture and Arts Officer III; SG-15; Item # 148




Education        :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience      :  1 year of relevant experience

Training           :  4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility          :  MC 11 s. 96 Cat. II *

*(Civil Service Eligibility obtained by completing one year of very satisfactory service under temporary status)




  1. Has experience in handling production or has training in Production and Stage Management Workshop or Arts Management Workshop.


  1. Bachelor of Arts graduate.




  1. Administers the general implementation of various programs and events for Season productions and venue grants of the CCP through the provision of efficient and effective production management services;


  1. Exercise effective methods and strategies in the implementation and administration of Season Production and Venue grants program;


  1. Establishes, maintains and develops a network and partnership with various organizations, groups and artists;


  1. Prepares production books, minutes of meetings, liquidation reports and other reports and documents related to the assigned production/project;


  1. Facilitates the processing of all production requirements, documents and payments related to the implementation of the assigned production/project;


  1. Prepares the minutes of meeting of the Division;


  1. Attends official function, events and activities relevant to the one’s scope of work assigned by the Chief Culture and Arts Officer;


  1. Performs other functions from time to time.

For Nos.  3, 4, 5 & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
