Venue: Tanghalang Ignacio Gimenez (CCP Black Box Theater) The Philippine Centre of International PEN (Poets, Essayists, Novelists), in partnership with the Cultural Center of the Philippines, will mount a conference and produce a publication. The hybrid event on the publication will be done face to face and online, printed and digital.
