DESCRIPTION:

Kanto Kultura is one of the banner projects of the CCP Board of Trustees launched in February 2021. Kanto Kultura is a celebration of culture and the arts featuring Filipino artists. It seeks to encourage Filipino talents to create artistic content that showcase innovation and creativity.

A multi faceted celebration of life through religious and cultural practices as reflected through versatile local and Manila talents.

The program include buskers, baraptasan (rap and poetry combined), hip hop dance, and traditional native dance called sublian from Batangas. Luglugan is derived from pansit luglog, a popular noodle dish in Batangas, Laguna, Malabon, and other places.
