DESCRIPTION:

In Low Pressured Areas, KoloWn explores the spaces of the CCP and creates site specific interventions either based on the spatial context, form of the space, or combination. Established in 2007 in Cebu City, KoloWn is a conglomerate that explores the concept of absurdity and contradictions, through deconstructing recognized ideas, imagery and spaces. The term KoloWn was derived from Colon, the oldest street in the Philippines and from Colonialism. KoloWn works in the street, in the web, within indoor spaces and in between.
