POSITION /TITLE: Writer/Researcher; SG-11 (Project Hire)

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education        :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience      :  None required

Training           :  None required

 

PREFERENCES:

 

  1. With a degree in Communication Arts, Arts Management, AB  English  or any related course.

 

 2. Excellent writing skills preferably in the crafting and editing of business reports;

 

 3. Strong ability to understand and analyze information;

 

 4. Capable of compiling and summarizing data/research information/statistics into charts, tables and reports;

 

 5. Adept in processing digital information applications such as Microsoft Office, and IOS applications;

 

 6. Adept in social media applications like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, among others.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Gathers monthly accomplished artistic reports from the artistic departments/divisions and other concerned departments;

 

 2. Prepares monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports of accomplished artistic programs and its summaries;

 

 3. Analyzes and presents statistical data gathered;

 

 4. Consolidates information regarding future artistic programming;

 

 5. Consolidates and prepares written communication regarding complex development programming;

 

 6. Assists in providing information for CCP social media;

 

 7. Reports 10 hours daily (Tuesday to Friday).
