QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education        :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience      :  2 years of relevant experience

Training           :  8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility          :  MC 11 s. 96 Cat. II*

*(Civil Service Eligibility obtained by completing one year of very satisfactory service under temporary status)

 

Preferably with experience in the following:

  1. Audience mobilization.
  2. AM radio production, particularly the drama talk format, and podcasting.
  3. Video and multimedia production and familiarity with multi casting.
  4. Graphic design, web design and management, and multimedia designs.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Plans, conceptualizes, and implements specific programs and projects for media/audience development.
  2. Provides assistance in monitoring and supervising specific programs and projects of the division.
  3. Conducts research and field studies on various aspects of the programs for Audience Development.
  4. Coordinates and liaises with various sectors, agencies, institutions and organizations for linkages, collaboration and support.
  5. Prepares reports, proposals, communications and other documents required.
  6. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

  4. Authenticated copy of the Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility/Authenticated PRC ratings
  5. Certificates of training (Photocopy and original for verification)
  6. Certificate of employment (Photocopy and original for verification)
  7. Performance Evaluation Report  (January–December 2016 with very satisfactory rating ) for internal applicants

                    

For Nos.  3, 4, 5 & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
