PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: CCP- Marketing Department; Sales and Promotions Division;

POSITION /TITLE: Sales Representative III; SG-10; STATUS: Contractual

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education        :  Completion of two years studies in college

Experience      :  2 years of relevant experience

Training           :  8 hours of relevant training

 

Preferably:

  1. With knowledge in the operation of computerized ticketing system.
  2. Computer literate with knowledge of social media software and applications.
  3. With pleasing personality and good oral and written communications skills.
  4. Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
  5. Must be trustworthy.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Sells tickets for all productions, season passes and festival passes.

2. Sends e-flyers on CCP events to all potential customers.

3. Receives bookings, reservations and payments for tickets and season passes.

4. Receives telephone inquiries and provides information on the CCP shows and events, and other products.

5. Attends to walk-in clients/customers and maintains good customer service at all times.

6. Does telemarketing and performs sales calls to schools and other companies and organizations.

7. Mans the Box Office and/or Marketing Reception Table during performances.

8. Maintains up-to-date financial records of all tickets sales and receipts.

9. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

  4. Certificates of training (Photocopy and original for verification)
  5. Certificate of employment (Photocopy and original for verification)

                 

For Nos. 3, 4 & 5 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
