POSITION /TITLE: Sales Representative III; SG-10; Item # 292

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education        :  Completion of two years studies in college

Experience      :  2 years of relevant experience

Training           :  8 hours of relevant training

Eligibility          :  Career Service (Sub professional) First Level Eligibility

 

Preferably with:

 1. Degree in Marketing, Management or other business-related courses.

 2. At least 2 years in the field of customer support and customer service.

 3. At least 1 year experience in secretarial, clerical and administrative functions.

 4. Training on office management, customer service, effective communication, telemarketing or other relevant training programs.

 5. Good oral and communication skills, planning and organization skills, and time management skills.

 6. Knowledge of Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 1. Carry out ticket sales duties according to the ticketing system adapted by the Center.

 2. Renders administrative support to the Market Specialist III for the audience mobilization program of CCP.

 3. Performs administrative tasks relevant to printing and distribution of Festival Passes.

 4. Acts as a coordinator for rental and utilization of Ad Spaces of the CCP.

 5. Coordinates the completion of information materials for the sales and promotions of CCP shows.

 6. Extends efficient and effective customer service to the clients and partners of the Center.

 7. Sends e-flyers on CCP event to all potential customers.

 8. Does telemarketing and performs sales calls to schools, colleges and universities as well as other companies, agencies, institutions and organizations.

 9. Provides customer support and assistance to the queries of walk-in and phone-in clients.

 10. Prepares communications, memoranda and other relevant documents.

 11. Prepares various requests relevant to supplies and materials to be utilized by the Sales Office.

 12. Performs other tasks as maybe assigned from time to time.

  4. Authenticated copy of the Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility/Authenticated PRC ratings
  5. Certificates of training (Photocopy and original for verification)
  6. Certificate of employment (Photocopy and original for verification)
  7. Performance Evaluation Report  (January–December 2016 with very satisfactory rating ) for internal applicants

                 

For Nos. 3, 4, 5 & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
