PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: CCP-Administrative Services Department; Assets Management Division; POSITION/TITLE: Property Officer II; SG-14; Item # 249

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education :  Bachelor’s degree

Experience :  1 year of relevant experience

Training :  4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility :  Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

 

Preferably with:

  1. Degree in Business Administration Major in Marketing/Management.

  2. At least 1 year relevant experience in administrative work, marketing and customer service.

  3. Knowledge in preparation of business communications.

  4. Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, customer service and computer skills.

  5. Good analytical and critical thinking abilities.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Prepares lease contracts and monitors compliance of its terms and conditions.

  2. Handles various inquiries regarding CCP properties for lease.

  3. Facilitates and ensures the complete and accurate collections of fees from the concessionaires.

  4. Facilitates the complete and accurate remittance of collections of Concessionaires fees to the Treasury Division.

  5. Prepares reports and documents relative to the Division’s operation.

  6. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

  4. Authenticated Copy of the Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility/Authenticated PRC ratings

  5. Certificates of training (Photocopy and original for verification)

  6. Certificate of employment (Photocopy and original for verification)

  7. Performance Evaluation Report  (January–December 2016) with very satisfactory rating ) for internal applicants

  

For Nos.  3, 4, 5 & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
