PREFERENCES:

  1. Knowledgeable and equipped in Civil Service Commission rules and regulations particularly leave administration.
  2. With background in personality test assessment. Psychometrician is an advantage.
  3. With good interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  1. Evaluates, assess, and validates personality tests/examinations of applicants for recruitment and selection purposes.
  2. Manages the 201 Files of regular, casual, job-order contractual and project hires personnel;
  3. Computes/verifies/validates working hours rendered by regular, casual, job-order contractual personnel; reviews the completeness and authenticity of daily time record (DTR) and other supporting documents/proof, if required;
  4. Validates the authenticity of leave and compensatory time-off (CTO) application and ensures compliance to established deadlines; maintains the accurate and timely posting/updating of leave credits and time-off on the individual leave cards;
  5. Supervises the preparation of bundy cards for the month of each employees; facilitates the arrangement in bundy card rack and retrieval for updating and monitoring purposes;
  6. Coordinates with the concerned HR Officer/supervisor regarding the effectivity date of assumption to duty for new employees, separation from the service, suspension and other related personnel actions;
  7. Collates/checks the completeness of all DTRs of retiring and resigning employees in time for computation of the terminal leave and preparation of appropriate leave balance;
  8. Handles all incoming and outgoing communications of the Division and maintains the organization of the Division’s records/file;
  9. Assists/encodes reports, communications and other documents related to the Division/Department;
  10. Answers queries on matters related to one’s area of jurisdiction;
  11. Performs other functions from time to time.
