QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education :  Master’s degree or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC

Experience :  4 years of supervisory/management experience

Training :  40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years

Eligibility :  Career Service (Professional); Second Level Eligibility

 

Preferably : With legal background and experience with lease of land.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Supervises and coordinates the operations of the Division as follows:

 

 

  1. Oversees the effective allocation of the Division’s resources.

 

  1. Renders technical advice and opinion to the Department Manager on matters related to asset management.

 

  1. Represents the Division and or Department or the Center in various meetings within or outside of CCP on matters pertaining to one’s area of jurisdiction.

 

  1. Performs such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

  7. Performance Evaluation Report  (January–December 2017) with very satisfactory rating ) for internal applicants

 

For Nos.  3, 4, 5, & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
