POSITION/TITLE: Culture and Arts Officer III; SG-15; Item # 178

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience :  1 year of relevant experience

Training :  4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility :  MC 11 s. 96 Cat. II *

*(Civil Service Eligibility obtained by completing one year of Very Satisfactory service under temporary status)

 

PREFERENCES:

 

  1. Degree in Mass/Organizational Communication, Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology/Behavioral Science, Business Administration or other related courses.

 

  1. With at least a year of experience relevant to Front-of-House service.

 

  1. Training in emergency evacuation and basic life support, customer service, arts appreciation, crowd control management, production and events management, etc.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Monitors and ensures the physical soundness of all FOH areas of the performance venues including preparation of the Annual Maintenance Plan.

 

  1. Attends to all requests on and actual conduct of the CCP building and Theater Tours.

 

  1. Attends to all requests on and actual conduct of Ushering Service for External Venue Events.

 

  1. Oversees the efficient management and effective implementation or construction of CCP Persons with Disability (PWD)-Friendly facilities.

 

  1. Prepares and ensures the timely submission and accuracy of related reports.

 

  1. Supervises CCP performances and/or events; including attendance to production meetings.

 

  1. Maintains and monitors the stock level of VOD office supplies.

 

  1. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

For Nos. 3, 4, 5 & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
