Education :  Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job

Experience :  1 year of relevant experience

Training :  4 hours of relevant training

Eligibility :  MC 11 s. 96 Cat. II *

  1. Degree in Art History, Art and Cultural Studies, Humanities, or Fine Arts.

  2. With knowledge in basic art appreciation and Philippine art and culture.

  3. With knowledge in basic collection management methods.

  4. Good communication skills and critical thinking abilities.

  5. Computer literate.




  1. Handles the coordination of all administrative support services needed in the installation and execution of arts exhibits in various galleries within or outside the Center, to include production, installation schedule, insurance, security, inventory of art works, catering service during opening ceremonies and the like.


  1. Assists in managing the permanent exhibitions and safekeeping of collections at the Museo ng Kalinangang Pilipino (CCP Museum).


  1. Assists in installation of exhibits.


  1. Prepares caption and security lists of all exhibitions.


  1. Liaises with artist, curators and designers regarding relevant requirements.


  1. Assists in the production and launch of publicity materials, exhibition catalogues, brochures, and other related publications.


  1. Responsible in handling the budget requirements intended for art exhibitions.


  1. Responsible for the conduct of guided tour of the CCP Museum.


  1. Prepares required communications, reports and other documents.


  1. Responsible for the proper upkeep of the Division’s records management system.


  1. Undertakes the monitoring of adequate office supplies and materials and well-functioning equipment.


  1. Performs other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
