PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: CCP-Human Resource Management Department; Training and Development Division; POSITION /TITLE: Clerk IV (Training Assistant I); SG 08; Employment Status : Contractual

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education        :  Completion of two (2) years studies in college

Experience      :  1 year relevant experience

Training           :  4 hours of relevant training

 

PREFERENCES:

  1. With Career Service (Sub-professional) eligibility;
  2. A graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Management or any Social Science course, would be an advantage;
  3. With at least 1 year hands-on experience in learning and development;
  4. Knowledge of relevant software applications, learning and development, human behavior in organization, office management systems and procedures;
  5. With good oral and written communication skills, filing and records management, networking, computer operation, research and statistics, events management;
  6. Resourceful, flexible, creative and dynamic.

 

FUNCTIONS:

 

  1. Provides administrative support services to various areas of the Division i.e. training and development, career development, incentives and awards, corporate events, etc.;
  2. Prepares required documents such as disbursement vouchers, RREES, RIS and the like;
  3. Encodes and transmit necessary documents;
  4. Handles all incoming and outgoing communications of the Division;
  5. Assists in coordinating with training institutions, private and government offices and other related entities on matters related to the Division’s areas of jurisdiction;
  6. Assists in handling the graphic requirements;
  7. Assists in the conduct of necessary research on training and career development-related matters; 
  8. Maintains an organized filing system for the Division;
  9. Undertakes the monitoring of adequate office supplies and materials;
  10. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

  4. Authenticated copy of the Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility/Authenticated PRC ratings
  5. Certificates of training (Photocopy and original for verification)
  6. Certificate of employment (Photocopy and original for verification)

 

For Nos.  3, 4, 5 & 6 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
