PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: CCP-Human Resource Management Department; Human Resource Services Division; POSITION /TITLE: Clerk III (Human Resource Management Assistant); SG 06; Employment Status: Contractual

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education        :  Bachelor’s degree

Experience      :  None Required

Training           :  None Required

 

PREFERENCES:

                       

  1. With at least one (1) year relevant experience.
  2. Graduate of Business Administration.
  3. Knowledge of Computer Programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
  4. Good interpersonal skills.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Computes and prepares all payments made through disbursement vouchers such as, but not limited to salaries, overtime and purchases.

 

  1. Renders secretarial and clerical services such as, but not limited to the following:

 

  1. Preparation of supply withdrawal slip (SWS) requisition and issue slip (RIS);

 

  1. Recording and routing of incoming and outgoing communications of the Human Resource Services Division.

 

  1. Management of 201 file and other related documents of the Division.

 

  1. Assists in monitoring employees’ time cards and attendance.

 

 

  1. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
