PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT: CCP – Administrative Services Department/Bids and Awards Committee; POSITION/TITLE: Administrative Services Officer II (Contractual); SG – 13   

 

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

 

Education    :  Bachelor’s Degree

Experience  :  none required

Training       :  none required

 

PREFERENCES:

 

  1. Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration, or knowledgeable with legal matters.

  2. Must have relevant experience as BAC Secretary.

  3. Familiar with R.A. 9184 and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.

  4. With good oral and written communication skills.

  5. RA 1080 (CPA) or Career Service (Professional) Eligibility

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. Prepares bidding documents for sale bidders;

  2. Organizes and makes all necessary arrangements for the BAC matters;

  3. Attends BAC meetings/conferences;

  4. Posts bid notices for procurement documents in the PhilGEPS and CCP website;

  5. Prepares BAC resolutions/communications;

  6. Takes custody of procurement documents and responsible for the distribution of bidding documents;

  7. Monitors procurement activities for reporting when required;

  8. Updates Bids and Awards Committee from time to time as regard with the new GPPB Resolutions or any applicable laws on procurement, if any;

  9. Consolidates Annual procurement Plan of various departments/units for submission to COA, DBM and GCG;

  10. Generates Certificate of Compliance on PhilGEPS posting for submission to PHILGEPS/GCG

  1. Letter of application

  2. Fully accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form 212 Revised 2017) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.ph

  3. Diploma and Transcript of Records/Certificate of Grade (Photocopy and original for verification)

  4. Authenticated copy of the Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility/Authenticated PRC ratings

  

For Nos.  3 & 4 a review of the existing credentials of internal applicants will be done in coordination with the Human Resource Services Division.
